Fircroft Home specialise in support for elderly adults with Learning Disabilities.
Our team provides a Residential Care Service, which means that we deliver support within a Residential Care Home. We offer a flexible approach to service delivery and provide a service 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
The support packages we provide are tailored to the individual needs of each person we support.
The requirements, wishes and choices of every person in our care are central to the planning of their support package. Each person's support package is assessed and designed in conjunction with the people who use our service, alongside support from their family, friends, social workers and care managers, to ensure that individual needs can be met in a manner that enables them to maintain autonomy in their lives as far as is practicable.
Staff members are trained to a high standard and, wherever possible, we match staff to people using our service in respect of their skills, experience and the service user’s personal preferences.
Fircroft Home is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
We are registered to support adults under and above the age of 65, with a focus on Learning Disabilities, including personal care.
With nearly 20 years experience delivering great care and support, we provide tailored and individualised packages of care which focus on enabling people to live a valued life, the life they choose.
